Terms & Conditions

1) Definitions & Scope

• “Client”, “you”, “your” means the person using the Services or on whose behalf the Services are requested.
• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Unique Yatra and its authorized representatives.
• “Third-party providers” include airlines, hotels, car operators, visa centers, embassies/consulates, insurance companies, and other vendors engaged to fulfill a part of your booking/inquiry.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• When you submit an inquiry or proceed to book, we may create or attach a user account to help you track status. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated (name, email, mobile, passport details, etc.).

3) Booking Process & Payments

• For Packages, Visa, Air Tickets, Car Rental, and Documents, your request is first received as an inquiry (“New”). We will review and confirm availability/pricing before moving to “Processing” and “Confirmed”.
• Prices are typically quoted per person and may vary by travel dates, season, hotel category, airline inventory, and currency exchange rate.
• Advance payment may be required to secure services. The balance (if any) must be paid by the deadline communicated. Failure to pay on time can lead to cancellation as per policy.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Fees

• Quoted prices are subject to change until paid/issued. Government taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharges, and service charges may be additional.
• Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion costs are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.

5) Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

• Cancellation terms vary by service and by third-party provider policy (airlines/hotels/visas). Certain components can be fully non-refundable or non-changeable.
• No-show or unused services are typically non-refundable.
• Where refunds are applicable, we will process them after receiving the same from the relevant third-party provider, net of applicable charges.

6) Flights & Air Tickets

• Air fares are dynamic. Seat availability and prices can change until ticketed.
• Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights. Such changes are beyond our control and are subject to airline policy for rebooking/refund.
• It’s your responsibility to meet check-in/reporting times, baggage rules, and health/immigration requirements.

7) Car Rental

• Vehicle type (Hatchback/Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveller) depends on availability and passenger count.
• Extra km/hours, night charges, tolls/parking/state taxes are as per the operator’s policy (unless explicitly included).
• Driver hours and safety norms must be respected; alcohol or unlawful activities in the vehicle are prohibited.

8) Visas & Travel Documents

• We assist with documentation and submission based on the information you provide. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate.
• Processing time, validity, and stay duration are indicative and may change. Delays or refusals do not entitle you to a service liability claim against us.
• Ensure your passport and supporting documents meet the required validity and criteria.

9) Health, Insurance & Safety

• You are responsible for complying with health advisories, vaccinations, and entry requirements.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage, etc.).

10) Force Majeure & Changes Beyond Control

• Events like natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, or any circumstance beyond reasonable control may impact services. In such cases, policies of the respective providers apply.

11) User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the website or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• You will not attempt to compromise site security or disrupt operations.

12) Intellectual Property

• All site content, logos, text, graphics, and software are the property of Unique Yatra or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

13) Liability & Indemnity

• We act as an intermediary for many services. We are not liable for acts/omissions of third-party providers, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Your maximum claim against us, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

14) Privacy

• We handle personal data as per our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• We encourage amicable resolution first. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration seated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, as per applicable law.

16) Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
